Honey & Ginger Throat Saviour



- a warm winter drink that harnesses the goodness of Apple Cider Vinegar and helps keep that sore throat at bay





1 cup hot water (hot but not boiling)


1/2 - 1tsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)


2 tbsp fresh lemon juice


pinch of cinnamon


2 tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tbsp honey 


Method   >   mix all ingredients and let them sit for a good 5-10min






Using this as a base, you can create many variations with extra health properties


-you can add some freshly ground turmeric (1/2 teaspoon) - for an added anti-inflammatory boost


-you can add a pinch of warming cayenne pepper


Try preparing a larger quantity and storing it in the fridge - drink over a few days (stir everytime you consume).


Makes a great warming soothing drink when hot, and a refreshing energizing drink when cold.
