Egg Powder is suitable for anyone looking to increase their dietary protein intake. A number of our customers use whole eggs powder to supplement protein into their cooking, or to add extra protein to a shake or smoothie. It is also good for baking and makes perfect custard.
Egg powder is a spray-dried, non instantised fine yellow powder produced from pasteurised hen’s eggs.
Suggested Use: Mix one (30g) scoop with 10ml of water or milk, in a shaker, blender or mixingbowl (we recommend using a regular shaker cup)
